Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive

  • Plan and initiate comprehensive action plans to approach and secure new business opportunities for the hotel
  • Determine effective and productive sales programs that align with hotel objectives and market demands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure repeat business
  • Focus on achieving sales targets through strategic client acquisition and account management
  • Analyse market trends and implement sales strategies to maximise hotel occupancy and revenue
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for potential clients and corporate accounts
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer database records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients

Note: Responsibilities include additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations.


Requirements for Sales Executive Position

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar sales capacity OR 2 years experience in F&B Service or Front Office operations
  • Prior experience in hotel pre-opening operations will be considered an added advantage

Educational Qualifications:

  • BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) or MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Strong academic background with a focus on business, marketing, or hospitality management
