Key Responsibilities by Position
Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Lead and train F&B associates, guiding service protocols and menu knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth service flow

- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing standards
- Maintain clean dining areas, table setups, and service stations throughout shifts
- Process payments accurately and handle guest billing inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support special events and private dining arrangements as required
Restaurant Hostess:
- Welcome guests with warm hospitality and manage reservation systems efficiently
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimise table turnover and guest comfort
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and walk-in guests with professional courtesy
- Maintain organised waiting areas and communicate wait times accurately to guests

Requirements for Restaurant Jobs In Mumbai
Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment
