As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be at the heart of daily guest interactions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor. This full-time, on-site role is based in Worli, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Provide personalised attention to each guest, anticipating their needs.

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through attentive service.

Skills and Qualifications:
